Your customer area, managed by our TPBox™ system, enables you to effectively manage:

• The tracking of your orders (completed files, progress indicator, etc.)
• The archives of your translated files
• The translation memories associated with each order, which can be accessed by download of a an unprocessed file or through a search engine query
• Your account (invoice status, list of quotations, etc.)
• Your new quotation requests, from the simplest to the most complex

And in the event where your company has several employees responsible for placing orders:

• The management of the various users who are able to submit translation requests to us (with or without validation by designated administrators of your company)
• The creation of categories that can efficiently sort the quotations according to various criteria (allowing better tracking for your budgets associated with one project or another)
• The management of blanket orders (allowing you to bypass the normal order quotation validation process).
