Our team of developers and computer graphics designers support our translators and linguists to make their job easier. In this way, each member of our team contributes their own individual skills.

If the Web site that is to be localised is static, we retrieve all of the pages that it is made up of by preserving the original tree structure, without corrupting the HTML code or links. Then we use a special application, which was developed in-house and enables us to extract the text from your webpages. We send this content to our translators in a simplified format, allowing them concentrate fully on the text in question.

Conversely, if your Web site is dynamic we advise you to supply an archive containing both the dynamic files to be translated (PHP, ASP or other) and the various features which it consists of (images, animations or other). In this way, we deal with all of the relevant components and check the integrity of the translated version of your Web site.

Throughout the translation process, and when it is complete, a skilled proofreader carries out an initial quality check before the translated texts are reintegrated into the HTML pages.

At your request, a computer graphics designer can reintegrate the translated content into your Web site’s graphical components. Otherwise, you will receive your translations in a simple text format at the same time as you receive your translated Web site.

The finalised webpages are then put online on our web server to ensure that they work properly. We then send you a temporary address for your translated site so that you can check the quality of the translation.

Finally, we compress your site to the requested format (usually zip or rar) and make it available to you on our FTP server so that you can download it and install it on your web hoster.

At your request, and providing the technology used by your company or web hoster permits, our web design team can also activate the translated version on your web server so that the project can be finalised without any action being required on your part.
